1. Organizations that are funded by foreign countries & Agencies should obtain a recommendation from CNGS for their registrations at Ministry of Social Services & Social Welfare as a Non Governmental Organization.

2. Applications for recommendations for INGOs/NGOs should be submitted to CNGS with required documents as per No.13 in INGO form and No. 12 in NGO form in 4 sets. (1-Original & 3 – Copies)

3. Evaluating the status of the Organization, fund availability area of operation and compatibility of the development objectives of the Organization with the national development priorities.

4.Issuance of the letter of recommendation to Ministry of Social Services & Social Welfare within seven working days provided all requirements are fulfilled. Write to Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defense for necessary clearances.

5. Ministry of Social Services & Social Welfare issues the certificate of registration subject to recommendation of CNGS and clearances from the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
